The first smile. Their first step. Waving “bye-bye.” Even raising a hand to give a “high-five.” These are all part of what are called “developmental milestones.” Children reach milestones as they play, learn, speak, act, and move.

Northern Nevada Community Housing

Northern Nevada Community Housing (NNCH) is a nonprofit organization that develops, owns, and manages high-quality affordable housing for those most in need. There are currently 18 affordable housing (apartment) properties available in Reno, Sparks and Carson City. Income qualifications range from between 40% to 60% of Area Median Income for family properties.

Applications are accepted only when the waiting list is open. Check the website or contact NNCH for additional information.
