Rural Clinics is a state agency within the Nevada Department of Human Services, Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH). Rural Clinics has 16 clinics in 12 counties that are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, not including state holidays.

Rural Clinics screens all persons requesting services to ensure timely access to needed services. Services provided by Rural Clinics include:
Rural Clinics provides an array of mental and behavioral health services for adults and children, including services for persons with co-occurring mental health diagnosis. Agency personnel collaborate with public and private partners to ensure continuity of care.
Youth Rural Mobile Crisis Response supports youth (up to age 18) and families in a behavioral health crisis by stabilizing the crisis and helping find community resources. Call 702-486-7865 to request Youth Mobile Crisis Response.
