The first smile. Their first step. Waving “bye-bye.” Even raising a hand to give a “high-five.” These are all part of what are called “developmental milestones.” Children reach milestones as they play, learn, speak, act, and move.

Nevada Ready! Pre-K - Mater Academy of Nevada (Charter School)

The Nevada Ready! Pre-K Program is a full-day preschool offered at NO COST to families who qualify. This program is open to preschool children who have turned 4 years old by August 1^st of the current school year. Families must meet the eligibility requirements in order to qualify for enrollment.

Charter School Pre-K seats use a lottery system - families must submit an application during the lottery and will be notified if they are selected for admission. Please contact the school for additional information on the lottery process and deadlines for entering the lottery.

Eligibility Requirements:

AGE:
Child age 4 by August 1^st of the current school year

INCOME:

Household Income at or Below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level OR
Child in Foster Care OR
Child with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) OR
Child's Primary Home Language is Not English

RESIDENCE:
Clark County
