Nevada Business Champions: Summer Webinar Series

In today’s workforce market it is increasingly difficult to attract and retain talent.  Having five generations in the employee pool, who have very different needs, can be confusing for employers to navigate. What is the correct benefit and policy package to meet their diverse workforce needs?

Research demonstrates that caregiving is a major barrier for individuals entering and staying in the workforce. In Nevada and across the nation, families with young children are met with significant cost and accessibility issues when trying to access child care.

Employers can play a critical role in recruiting and retaining top talent by understanding the difficulties these child care barriers present. The Children’s Cabinet is proud to support Nevada businesses in taking a deep dive into their family-friendly benefits and policies.

We will be launching a Summer Webinar Series for HR professionals and Nevada executives to build a foundational understanding of how child care impacts our workforce and employer-driven solutions to create a return on investment. Join us for this 4-part series as we bring together industry experts in a one-hour lunch & learn webinar format.
